Kristy Byrnes of That Tree Guy had the organizing chops to help arrange for Cass Turnbull, the pruning whiz woman behind the hilarious and informative Plant Amnesty website (check out their gallery of plant abuses!) and the book: Cass Turnbull’s Guide to Pruning, to come to our humble town and teach us how to prune better.

How to Prune and Renovate Your Overgrown Garden, and

Deborah Giraud of the UC Extension office will also speak on Integrated Pest Management, and there’ll be a Q and A session at lunchtime.
